A & J Carpenters Limited have recently completed a substantial building project to extend The Firs Care Home at Budleigh Salterton. The works includes a seven-bedroom extension, each room having en-suite toilet facilities, along with a communal assisted shower room and, in addition, extensive works have been carried out to improve the kitchen facilities.
A & J Carpenters Limited submitted the most competitive tender for the works, which were completed within the contract period and on budget. From the outset A & J Carpenters Limited have been professional and co-operative, minimising the impact of the works on the Client’s business operation. Where significant additional works have become necessary the charges made by A & J Carpenters Limited have been reasonable, and, based on our experience, A & J Carpenters Ltd are not a claims-orientated Contractor.
We have carried out seven previous projects for this particular Client, and feedback we have received from their Business Manager suggests that A&J Carpenters Ltd have achieved a higher level of customer satisfaction than any other Contractor. We would have no hesitation in recommending A & J Carpenters Ltd to our Clients for any future building projects.
